Corbin, John
(1870-1959)
   Born in Chicago, the distinguished drama critic graduated from Harvard University in 1892 and over the years held positions on various newspapers and magazines, including Harper's Magazine, the New York Times, and the New York Sun. From 1908 to 1910, he was literary manager of the New Theatre in New York.
